At Palmer Wellness Clinic, we don’t bill insurance. We don’t take insurance because, generally speaking, insurance will not cover the amount of time and quality we provide. Insurance typically reimburses for a quarter to half the time we will be providing.
We want to respect your time and money, and want you to know exactly what you’re paying for. You’re not just paying for our time together, but also for the work I do behind the scenes. I review your past medical notes, send orders, check lab and radiology results, review consulting notes and research your conditions to see how they might be interacting.

This is a two appointment service with a deep dive in to medical history, subsequent lab orders and a follow up to go over labs and create a plan moving foward. ~1.5 total hours

Performance Consult
This is a two appointment service with a deep dive in to medical history, sport performance history, subsequent lab orders and a follow up to go over labs and create a plan moving foward. ~1.5 total hours

Sick/Injury Visit
This visit is for less complicated illnesses and injuries that just pop up like colds, UTIs, sprains/fractures etc; ~20 minutes

Follow-Up Appointment
~40 minute session going over new symptoms, homework from a previous visit, notes from a consulting specialist, assessing labwork etc.

Can I Be a Patient Even If I Have Insurance?

Are Same-Day Appointments Available?
We aim to offer same-day or next-day appointments for our sick visits and other emergencies For routine check-ups and other concerns, we generally schedule appointments within 1-2 weeks.
