I want to respect my patient’s time and money and I want you to know exactly what you’re paying for. With the purchase of each service, not only are you paying for the face-to-face time with me, but you are also paying for the behind the scenes work, which includes: reviewing your personally provided medical history, reviewing previous medical notes from other providers, sending orders, interpreting labs and radiology reports, reviewing medications and often, more research in to your conditions and how they may be interacting with other conditions and/or medications. 

My office is located inside Kinesis Integrated at 1756 38th St, Boulder, CO 80301. Kinesis Integrated is a physical performance center and pro athletic training facility run by none other than cool-guy (and great guy!), Chris Lee. 

No, our care operates solely on a fee-for-service structure. We don’t bill insurers or third parties, giving us the freedom in our business model to deliver the kind of care that we believe will truly enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and affordability.

Insurance should cover your lab fees per your insurance policy. Even though I am an “out of network” provider, insurance should still cover the normal amount of your lab fees. To make sure you avoid any unforeseen bills from insurance, I urge you to confirm with your insurance provider prior to getting labs drawn that the labs will be covered per your policy.
